	larger image		Thermaflame 3000 is engineered for applications where the cable is expected to perform in extremely demanding applications such as blast furnace instrumentation, curing systems, glass fabrication, plastics manufacturing, industrial overhead cranes, offshore oil rigs, and other applications where a cable is required to perform in temperatures from -320°F through 1000°F temperatures continuous or short term exposure to 2800°F. Available in 28AWG to 500MCM, to 50 Conductor, or as a composite cable, with various other elements. Thermaflame 3000 is resistant to temperature excursions exceeding 2800°F and will continue to operate even after exposure to fire and flame at temperatures of approximately 300,000 Btu/hr (87.9kW) fire for 20 minutes with circuit integrity. The insulating system is composed of inorganic materials that will not melt or flow at temperatures up to 3000°F. Passes ETL flame propagation and smoke density test. Tested and in compliance with NFPA 70 (NEC) and Section 800 of the National Electrical Code 1999 Edition. ETL 1093°C circuit integrity test available upon request. Thermaflame 3000 is available in a range of color codes for positive circuit identification. Available in shielded pairs, triads or with an overall shield, or with thermocouple alloys. Single conductor Thermaflame 3000 also available to 1000 MCM. Braided 304 stainless steel jacket or CLX armor available overall when the cable will likely experience abnormal physical abuse or hot metal spills. Finished Diameters are nominal and are unarmored. 300 Volt also available. Standard jacket color is Red. UL Recognized Per Style for 600V 450°C applications per UL Subject 758.
